Classic Rock is a British magazine dedicated to rock music, published by Future. Despite the November / December 1998 issue was meant as an on-off project it became one of the UK’s best selling music magazines. In June 2018 it published its 250th issue.
Although firmly focusing on key bands from the 1960s through early 1990s, it also includes articles and reviews of contemporary and upcoming artists it deems worthy of note. (more…)

Various Artists – Sons Of Guns (2006)
In 2006 Classic Rock Magazine decided to dedicate the cd enclosed with one of the issues to glam & sleaze compiled of a variety of mostly lesser known artists. The result was Sons Of Guns released with Classic Rock #92. During the next three years they released a successor each year as Sons Of Guns II – IV. On each paying tribute to Guns N’ Roses with a cd cover in the style of a classic GNR cover. (more…)
