Glam rock (also known as glitter rock) is a style of rock and pop music that developed in the United Kingdom in the early 1970s, which was performed by singers and musicians who wore outrageous clothes, makeup and hairstyles, particularly platform-soled boots and glitter. The flamboyant costumes and visual styles of glam performers were often camp or androgynous, and have been connected with new views of gender roles.

Silicone Bullet – Sleaze 2 Pleaze (2011)
Silicone Bullet are one of the leading bands in the new generation 80’s style hair metal scene. Singer and front man Bobby Valentine created the band in 2009 and after recruiting some other fine musicians the band started touring the UK immediately. After numerous line up changes, the band was complete with Jacky Rogue on drums, Stevie Lee Downs on bass and the amazing Vinny Hart on guitars.
