Lou Siffer And The Howling Demons – At Your Service 2014
Born out of necessity to play a “one-off” party gig, LOU SIFFER AND THE HOWLING DEMONS are much more than your average house band. Back in 2008, as a favor to a friend in need of a party band, Lou Siffer called upon his talented band mates to come together and rock the house.
Playing a style of straightforward hard rock that gets people out of their seats, they were a huge hit and the response to their music was overwhelming. Realizing that they have the sound that appeals to the partying crowd and a connection with a target audience that would sell records, the band became more than just a part time hobby and L.S.H.D. starting taking their music more seriously and strategizing their future. In 2009 they recorded and released the single “The Mosher” and after playing their first official paying gig, they were offered a record deal. Deciding against that deal, they independently released their debut album, “The Devil’s Ride” in 2010, which led to moderate success and garnered enough interest to get them booked to several dates on large festivals throughout Sweden.
