FX (USA) – In Motion (1987) + In The Sky (1992)

The project was founded in the mid-Eighties by keyboard players Douglas Morton and Kevin Monahan while working at E-Mu Systems in Santa Cruz, California, a pioneer Studio in the sampling industry.Both brought home a lot of new gear – synths, mixing consoles, etc. – to experiment with while producing songs for FX, so the chosen name for the band is not a surprise.
